Bairq is expanding rapidly! Download the app and enter your location to see available laundry partners in your area. If we're not in your area yet, you can sign up to be notified when we launch there.

Is Bairq free to use?

Yes! The Bairq app is completely free to download and use. You only pay for the laundry services you order. Prices are set by individual partner laundries and displayed clearly before you confirm your order.

How do I place an order?

Open the Bairq app, browse nearby laundries, select your preferred partner, choose the services you need, select a pickup time slot, and confirm your order. Your laundry will be picked up at the scheduled time.

Can I schedule a specific pickup time?

Yes! You can choose from available time slots that work best for you. Most partner laundries offer flexible pickup windows throughout the day, and some even offer same-day service.

How long does it take to get my laundry back?

Turnaround time varies by service type and partner laundry. Standard wash & fold typically takes 24-48 hours, while dry cleaning may take 2-3 days. Express services are available at many locations for faster delivery.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel your order for free before the pickup occurs. Once your laundry has been picked up, cancellation policies are determined by the partner laundry. Contact customer support through the app for assistance with order modifications.

Pricing & Payment

How is pricing determined?

Prices are set by individual partner laundries. Wash & fold is typically priced per pound/kg, while dry cleaning and specialty items are priced per item. All prices are displayed in the app before you place your order.

What payment methods are accepted?

Bairq accepts various payment methods including:

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery fees vary by partner laundry and your location. Many partners offer free pickup and delivery for orders above a minimum amount. Delivery fees, if applicable, are clearly shown before you confirm your order.

How do I apply a promo code?

During checkout, you'll see a "Promo Code" field. Enter your code and tap "Apply" to see your discount reflected in the order total. Promo codes are subject to terms and conditions.

Pickup & Delivery

How does pickup work?

Once you schedule a pickup, a driver from the partner laundry will arrive at your location during the selected time slot. You'll receive notifications when the driver is on the way. Simply hand over your laundry bag and you're done!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Bairq provides real-time order tracking. You can see the status of your order at every stage - from pickup to processing, cleaning, and delivery. You'll also receive push notifications for important updates.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

You can add delivery instructions in the app, such as leaving items with a doorman or neighbor. Alternatively, you can reschedule the delivery to a more convenient time through the app or by contacting support.

Can I add multiple delivery addresses?

Yes! You can save multiple addresses in your profile (home, office, etc.) and select your preferred address when placing each order. This makes it easy to have laundry picked up from one location and delivered to another.

Quality & Issues

What if my clothes are damaged or lost?

All our partner laundries are verified and insured. If there's any issue with your order, report it within 48 hours of delivery through the app. Our support team will investigate and work with the partner laundry to resolve the issue, which may include compensation or refund.

How are partner laundries vetted?

We carefully verify all partner laundries before they join Bairq. This includes checking business licenses, insurance, equipment quality, and hygiene standards. We also continuously monitor customer reviews and ratings to ensure high service quality.

Can I leave special instructions for my laundry?

Absolutely! When placing your order, you can add special instructions such as preferred detergent type, fabric softener preferences, or care instructions for delicate items. The partner laundry will follow your instructions carefully.

Account & App

How do I create an account?

Download the Bairq app and tap "Sign Up". You can register using your email address, phone number, or sign in with Google/Apple. Fill in your profile information and you're ready to start ordering!

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. We'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from the app settings under "Account" > "Delete Account". Please note that this action is permanent and will remove all your data, order history, and saved preferences.
