By accessing or using the Bairq mobile application and website (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
Bairq is a platform that connects users with registered and verified laundry service providers ("Partner Laundries"). We facilitate the following:
- Discovery of nearby laundry services
- Comparison of prices, services, and reviews
- Order placement and payment processing
- Coordination of pickup and delivery services
- Real-time order tracking
Important: Bairq is not a laundry service provider. We are a technology platform that connects users with independent Partner Laundries. The actual laundry services are performed by these independent partners.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Abuse or harass Partner Laundries or other users
4. Orders and Payments
4.1 Placing Orders
When you place an order through Bairq:
- You enter into a service agreement directly with the selected Partner Laundry
- Prices are set by Partner Laundries and may vary
- Orders are subject to acceptance by the Partner Laundry
- Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is processed at the time of order or upon delivery
- We accept various payment methods as displayed in the app
- All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and conditions
4.3 Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before pickup at no charge
- Cancellations after pickup may incur fees
- Refund policies are determined by individual Partner Laundries
- Disputes should be reported within 48 hours of delivery
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of Bairq, you agree to:
- Provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information
- Be available during scheduled pickup and delivery times
- Inspect items upon delivery and report any issues promptly
- Not include prohibited items (hazardous materials, illegal items, extremely valuable items without declaration)
- Treat Partner Laundry staff with respect
- Use the Platform for lawful purposes only
6. Partner Laundries
Partner Laundries are independent businesses that:
- Set their own prices and service terms
- Are responsible for the quality of their services
- Handle pickup and delivery operations
- Must meet Bairq's verification standards
While we verify Partner Laundries, we do not guarantee the quality of their services. Users should review ratings and reviews before selecting a partner.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
- Text, graphics, and images
- Software and source code
- User interface design
is owned by Bairq or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Bairq provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for damages to or loss of items during laundry services
- We are not liable for actions of Partner Laundries
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bairq, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit through the Platform
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Service Disputes
For disputes related to laundry services, please first contact the Partner Laundry directly. If unresolved, contact Bairq support for mediation.
10.2 Legal Disputes
Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bairq operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
